He had the key to a pre-prime Wlad but he was nowhere near as great as Wlad, especially the finished product, whose greatness will continue to cast a shadow over generations of heavies who have followed.

lol@ pre-prime.. Wasn't he 40-1-0 or something? Anyway Sanders wasn't prime either and still he destroyed him.
He didn't need Manny Steward in his corner either. WK would need the services of Stewart to help him to rule over the worst HW division known to man :touched:

By the end of his historic reign, Wlad had controlled the division for 8% of its existence under MdQ rules.

    Simply amazing.

Sanders was better h2h though and that in turn doesn't make WK a very good opponent in fantasy h2h matchups.

3rd time is a charm, or just another duck? Once again, how many people Sanders age would you pick to beat Wlad? Name them.

Yes with an asterisk. He was never undisputed at any point in his career.

You can go ahead and put an asterisk on every heavyweight champion since M Spinks then, because none have held all four belts at once. #agenda

He beat a bad gameplan Wladmir Klitschko he doesn't beat the Stewart version of Wladmir.
