I have been a Fury fan since the beginning, but I am finally tired of the bull**** after the December let down. Dude brags about his great shape, declares that he needs a fight, hand picks and opponent, declines due to not getting fantastic amounts for a tune-up, and now says that the big fight probably won't happen either.

I am just tired of supporting him while he manages a decent to good fight every 2-4 years. How many 2-4 year cycles does he think he has left?

I now no longer have a dog in the fight when this thing comes off. I like them both, and they are both flawed, so just let the better man win and that is all.

He was all about being a better man until after the Wilder fight. He then clearly got back to his older habits.
And after the Wilder rematch, it seems that Fury has lost his dedication once more.

Yeah but just having the ability for someone to claim otherwise makes you not undisputed it is crappy but true... :(

It will happen, but Fury already has some excuses ready if he loses, ready for the rematch.

I imagine their might be some small disagreements either about pay due to Covid and not knowing if they'll sell out an arena or based on things like rings walks. It'll get ironed out.

Texas is completely open starting March 10th. Governor Abbot just announced that no mask and businesses can open at 100% capacity. For example Spence vs Garcia (16,000) and Canelo vs Smith (12,000) were only allowed to be at 25% capacity. With Texas opening completely don’t be surprised if Texas gets Canelo vs BJS.

Well Fury is the one who failed a drug test in the past so maybe he`d like what you`re saying.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say more Texans know who Canelo is than AJ.

I'm even more confident Canelo has more fans in Texas than AJ and Fury put together.

Like you guys, I really want to see this fight. I'm not sure Texas is the best place for it though.

For real? Great news for local businesses and the economy if true.

I think he'll be fine, as you can't tie up a boxer forever (unless you're Don King), and it seems like there actually was an end date to the contract. Also, even if he has to pay The Haymon and Wilder damages, his purse against Joshua will probably cover that multiple times over.

A Fury not in shape for June has few chances with Joshua.
