    Who has Canelo beat on an even playing ground? He lost to Lara, GGG x2, and Mayweather. Who has he beat, limited Callum Smith with a 2 month camp , fix fight Kovalev, Jacobs who robbed Rosado and decided to throw no punched in the Canelo fight, Liam Smith??

    Whose he going to face next trash 168 BJS who has given indication that he's just coming for the payday. Caleb Plant who is supposedly slick but gets caught time and time again and doesn't know how to move his head.

    You guys make me laugh, legacy? Canelos legacy so far is absolute S... H... I... T. Fraudulent cherrypicked resume. Granted Ward has some good wins here and there nothing spectacular but he'd beat the **** out of Canelo and rough and tough him. Absolute dumb that these threads are even made

    Canelo is a lot better than Ward, Canelo is a bette in-fighter and Ward is vastly overrated.

    I agree but Ward is deceptive & does a lot more inside & little things not in the "boxing manual" he'll shut Canelo down. The biggest fight will be between the judges & refs ...all try to earn their crust..

    Ward is an idiot for retiring. Not only is he more than capable of beating Canelo at any weight, but capable of beating the other light heavyweight champions and thus would have built a good ATG foundation for himself.

    Instead, he got sick of the politics of boxing and retired. Now he will be remembered as nothing more than a footnote. Should have kept out of the business side of boxing and let a decent promoter do all the work. Ward is a rare case of a boxer being too smart for his own good, helped him in the ring but also helped him get out of the ring just as easily.

    Kovalev did write that social media post saying fans were dumb thinking he could win. I seriously doubt he was talking to his fighting abilities.
