I think Loma would school him. It'd be like Calzaghe vs Lacy plus I think Loma would knock him out.

It's tight but I give the edge to Loma. Really the only outcome that would surprise me is one utterly outperforming the other.

Loma would tax that azz, Davis was getting beat by LSC before that mega shot. Also, he doesn't care about boxing now, just blatantly missing weight classes and taking fights at 140. A lot like his 'big bro' AB.

Loma. LSC was tagging his ass until he got KO'ed. Loma is significantly harder to hit and a lot more crisp with his punches. Didn't they say he wasn't gonna fight Loma? lol

Not only this but LSC was being brought up one or two weight classes. Can't believe people give Tank credit for that, people are dumbasses. Loma wouldn't get lazy and throw three consecutive dumbass right hands while on the ropes... That is next level dumbassery from LSC

Tank is fighting Barrios at 140, for the "Regular" Title. If he wins, he will claim to be a 3-weight world champ.

How many of these mythical threads need to be made? I am not knocking the OP in any way when I ask this. Does anyone else think that it is a sad state of affairs when we have to create these threads about active, in prime fighters in and around the same divisions? Haney/Garcia, Haney/Davis, Loma/Davis and there are many others. These guys are at the top of the division and yet, never fight. I would love to see one of these guys go for greatness. Show some balls, go out on a limb. Go to their promoter and say, I want to fight, Davis, Lopez and Haney inside the next year. Pay them what ever they want. Pay me 500k for each fight, but if I beat all 3, then Pay me 30mil. After that, I want Loma. Like Pac did when he said he wanted to fight Barrera, Morales and Marquez in a years time. He went for greatness and he almost got it. LOL

Loma needs to avoid this fight at all costs! If he thinks he's going to go out there and sleepwalk through another fight with a young beast like Tank he is sorely mistaken.
If you think Tank is going to show any respect to an elderly fighter on his last legs then I advise you not to tune in for this one, Loma will be walking im to another Marciano vs Luis or Holmes vs Clay situation. And with the type of power Davis has Loma will be very fortunate to make it out of there alive.
They don't call him the tank for nothing!

Yeah, I was going to pick a winner and then thought what's the point ?? The fight either won't happen or by the time it does one or both of Loma and Tank will be so far past their prime it won't mean anything.

This new generation would rather talk about being great than actually try to be great.

Some kind of 30 y.o Loma had outboxed Tank.
Tank for mee looks good lad, he likes me but he is too slow on his foot.
I think Tank is able to take a punch and most likely 30 y.o Loma didn't had finished him in distance.
However Tank didn't had landed enough on this Loma version.

Campbell and Linares didn't managed to stop Loma.
Tank does have short reach and slow on legs if compare with 30 y.o Loma versions.

Now? I do not know shape Loma is, plus these his problems with shoulder ( looks were long ago before last fights too ) , long mileage under belt.

Kinda the same way Loma did to Lopez? LOL You Loma fans sound like broken records. Before the fight, Loma's opponent stands no chance, Loma outboxes him, makes him quit. After the fight, Loma had a bad shoulder, his opponent came in at 200 pounds. Nobody gives Loma credit for fighting above his natural weight. Although your assessment of the fights may be correct, you guys need to stop shitting on Loma's opponents prior to fights. In all honesty you guys look stupid coming up with excuses everytime Loma doesn't dominate like you fantasize about.
