Oritz has a pretty bad resume with the exception of Jennings and Wilder. At his age he should be looking to fight top contenders...SMH
How do we know that they don't want to fight him? Still, at least he stays active in the meantime. Yes I'd like to see plenty of matchups in the HW division that never happen too, but everyone tends to take the easiest path possible.
Dinu was my #1 HW prospect for a while. Definitely very skilled but lacking in the heart and drive departments.
Yes you've always been a big admirer of his. If he took it more seriously, in his prime then who knows how far he would have gone. Too late for him to make waves now I feel sadly, his time has passed.
Hopefully Gallen wins. Browne is like that turd that just won't flush at this point, his surname is apt.
Well Browne is that shot these days that it may well happen. Wasn't a huge fan of Gallen as a rugby league player, don't know who I want to win tbh.
Ruiz could’ve fought him, but he preferred an easy come back fight instead. With Joshua, Fury, Usyk, Joyce, Parker, Chisora, Helenius, Kownacki, Povetkin, Whyte, Hrgovic, Hunter all tied up, Dinu isn’t bad.
Sonny Bill Williams appears to have taken up boxing again according to his social media. Maybe we’ll finally see him fight Gallen (or umm...Lucas Browne).
I'm not a Gallen fan by any stretch and the guy is clearly a sideshow attraction.... But he steps into the ring without any BS. How many fights has Browne been linked with that have fallen through in the last couple of years? He's clinging to relevancy based on him being Australian(it's easy for washed up and **** fighters with a personality to milk their prior success over there) and the fact that he's a former "World Champion" I'm tired of seeing him. I wouldn't be surprised if Gallen wins although I'll probably go with Browne due to his size and experience. But he probably won't be training seriously and let's be real. He made Dave Allen look like a world class fighter in their fight and that was a few years ago, he was never really any good to begin with so he's honestly not above losing to a sideshow attraction or any other mediocre journeyman at this stage.
Hah yeah, wouldn't suprise me if he fought the winner. I see Liam Messam is also back in boxing too haha. Rumours suggest that Joseph Parker has split with Kevin Barry (unconfirmed at this stage) Willis Meehan moves to 10-0 after a 1st round KO victory over Hunter Sam.
I was high on Meehan when he first got into pro boxing. Definitely looked to have some raw talent. Glad to see him back.
Ukrainian Vladyslav Sirenko is back in action on March 6th vs tough journeyman Kamil Sokolowski. Dinu had the potential to become a top heavyweight, but he suffered from bad management. He was too inactive when he was in his prime - he didn't fight at all in 2013, despite doing very well in his fights the previous years.
