Good bet I'd say. I picked Povetkin in the first fight and I'm picking him again. I can't wait to see the look on Hearns face after Povetkin pulls it off(again)
Povetkin for the win went down to $3.70 so I figured he will need to get the KO for the win anyway on a Matchroom show so took the KO option at $4.50
When I checked the odds this morning & saw that they had dropped significantly, I knew the Stifler's Mum thread money had arrived. Now that we've called it for Povetkin, half the world will want to get on. I don't know about anyone else, but I'm looking forward to collecting my Easter bonus! I've also got a message for the cowering bookies who saw fit to pull the plug on the $4.00 for a win that was previously on offer: This content is protected
I watched the Gallen Browne press conference it was interesting. That is the first time I heard Liam Wilson speak, what a repulsive wanka he comes across as. His opponent seemed like a nice guy and was happy to be there he showed complete respect to Wilson. Then Wilson the wanka straight away starts mumbling the idiot can barely string a sentence together and he starts accusing his opponent of using steroids and totally discredits him as a fighter. What an idiot, does he not want credit if he does win?
Jackson Murray makes his debut on Gal-Browne undercard. Should be one to watch in a couple of years possibly. Not Huni good but was among the best 2 or 3 amateurs super heavies in the country. Got a little bit of a gypsy vibe about him. Rangy, a bit unorthodox and light on his feet. I think he might be packing a bit of that lanky man's power because I've heard he has broken facial bones.
Just watched it. He didn't seem very amiable. I actually had to turn it off because I have an allergic reaction to cringy, awkward moments. Chua seems like a very focused and respectful young lad. Wilson kind of came off as an egotistical eshay. Maybe he was trying to recreate the genuine animosity that Gal-Browne has to pump up interest in him.
Yeah but unlike Gallen and Browne he can barely string a sentence together. Good description definitely came across as a cringy eshay LOL.
