Dillian Whyte *** talking Andy Ruiz JR.

IF Dillian Whyte manages to NOT get slept by Povetkin could he challenge ARJ?

Personally I don't think DW has done anything to put himself into the equation with ARJ.

ARJ, ex champ who rocked AJ in the first fight, made him look like a baby deer learning how to walk...

AJ made DW take a nap.

I think DW needs to concentrate on Pov rather than **** talking ARJ. Pov SLEPT DW big time...

Fair enough, still think for a guy who got ROCKED by Pov he shouldn't be talking smack about another man... Concentrate on next fight.

andy ruiz is a terrible opponent for whyte, who is completely flat footed , throws single punches and freezes when hurt. even the out of shape obese version of ruiz would be able to quicly cut the distance and smother him with combinations, forcing the inevitable ko/tko

Andy got better foot work faster hands, Dillian tries to get on inside where he's most dangerous.
Feel like ARJ is best at mid range If he can dictate the distance and not get drawn into an infight his speed would be a problem for DW..

TBH I think it would be a good fight, DW could definitely win if he can impose the fight he wants on ARJ.

My original thought was more twords how ridiculous it was for him to be **** talking ARJ on twitter a few weeks before his own fight... To me that says he's looking past Pov... And we all saw what happened last time hen he considered Pov a "stay busy* fight.

I have no positive feelings towards Whyte. But I think he would beat the human liposuction vat.

Ruiz did one impressive thing, landing a big counter on AJ. That fight really did hinge on one punch. I don't see how the narrow loss to Parker was impressive considering Parker is often extended by B fighters. Until Ruiz outclasses another top fighter, I consider him a one hit wonder in the literal sense. It's weird how people act like Fury isn't proven but Ruiz is. Fury has three fights outclassing a champion plus good gatekeeper wins. Ruiz landed a hook on AJ after very nearly getting blasted out.

Whyte is overrated, but I think he's more dangerous than Ruiz, definitely bigger and with more power. I guess if Ruiz can take the shots he could win on points on a good night (outside of the UK too). But I think you'd find most fighters would consider Whyte the tougher challenge at this stage. Would any HW choose Whyte over Ruiz for a mandatory if they wanted to best chance of victory? I find that hard to believe.

How about having a go-either-way fight with Parker? Not impressive? :dunno

Ruiz would eat those left hooks and would brawl with Whyte. Whyte is good at fighting aggressively on the backfoot. But Ruiz is faster than chsiora. I cant see past a Ruiz win. Maybe it'll go the distance because Ruiz isn't one to throw uppercuts, a punch whyte is vulnerable too, but Ruiz will probably win. Its just a bad style match up for Whyte. But then again maybe im underestimating Whytes jab. If he's fully committed maybe he can actually box Ruiz's head off. But i just haven't seen enough of that stuff.

Styles make fights. Likewise Hughie Fury would probably have a much easier time with Ruiz than he would with Whyte because Whyte will be going to the body and is quite a bit taller than Ruiz as well

Dillian needs to drop the bad man act. When you get KOd cold like he did, all those delusions of grandeur and attitude should disappear.
