AJ Vs Big Baby Miller?

AJ mid rounds ko. Fat baby Miller relies on walking down opponents and overwhelming them with his size. AJ would tee off on him for a relatively easy win.

 

If the fight had happened in New York with the state AJ was in that night then I believe Miller would have won.
But Miller like Dillian need to take some tips from AJ, Luis Ortiz and Manny Pac on how to get their cycles right because whatever they've both been doing just isn't working.

Miller's complete lack of hand speed makes him and ideal opponent for AJ.

Would of been surprised if Miller lasted 6 rounds with him. AJ would be putting combination together and tagging Miller with ease.

Walking down his opponent, that could work v Joshua imo, pressure and Joshua gets nervous then the tank starts to deplete

 

If AJ wasn’t himself ‘ wasn’t right on that night in New York, I think any decent heavyweight would have beaten him in the same vein that Ruiz did. Dillian Whyte certainly would have kicked himself for not taking the Wembley fight after seeing that result.

Miller was an interesting proposition. Big, strong and relentless - he would have given AJ problems. The question would have been if Miller can take a shot - if he could, AJ would have been in big trouble.

If it happened now you’d likely see AJ on his bike which we’ve seen he is able to do for 12 rounds now, and will win a fairly boring decision.

 

Most of the top 10 would have whooped Joshua, because he wasn't well. However there's nothing to suggest Joshua is capable of stopping Miller. I think he's as durable as Ruiz, and definitely wouldn't be a walkover like people suggest.

 

He looked well, to me, when he had Ruiz down in a few rounds. He didn't look well after he was getting hit, though. That's generally what happens when you're getting punched all over the head and body.

I've watched Miller a few times he looks exactly like what he is- slow, overweight, technically limited boxer who blindly charges forwards, throws as many punches as he can and hopes his opponent falls over. I didn't see any punch power there, just a very big, fat man overwhelming weak opposition with volume of punches.

He looked very poor in all departments, and of course his chin has never really been tested.

An (allegedly) out of sorts Joshua would hurt him early rounds and stop him by mid way point in the fight.

I think it's wrong to compare him to Ruiz just because they have a similar stature. Ruiz is a better fighter than given credit for and is just about the worst style match up that you can get for AJ. Short, very quick hands, and good power.

 

Yes, because top level boxers are not juiced to the gills. It was only Miller, and others foolish enough to be caught. Anti-doping governance is very effective and it is not prone to corruption.

There was clearly something wrong with AJ that night so I would take anyone in the top 10 to have beaten him.

At any other time Joshua would have a field day with Miller.
