Apparently Fury and Saunders did set Parker up with Davison at first. It was all done on a handshake. But then when Davison moved his operation to London to be closer to HW sparring partners, they told Parker to go with Lee instead.

If what Manu says is true and by all accounts it is- it is going to be some rebuilding to be done. JP has a wholesome good boy image back here, even if he is innocent he has made a stupid error of judgement that will cost him ongoing. Im really disappointed in him - surely he has people round him to advise etc....pretty unbelievable - a guy with plenty of $$ legit
JP is from the hood and I don’t really see how he’s naive - seems a smart guy to me. Boxing and crime go hand in hand. Hell, if he’s the guy who got away with it he increases his cred.
