How do you get out of that ring especially the massive ones with all the fans? Clearly you ve got to keep yourself hydrated and that just makes me need to pee a lot.
Surely they just go for a **** before the fight. They probably eat safe bland food, can't see a fighter eating a curry before a fight.
Since there's no "toilet break" in boxing (like they have in tennis) - if you REALLY need to go, your only option is to forfeit the fight, and dash for the nearest bathroom!
LOL Do you know how long it takes for certain foods to digest? Not everything digests in 15 - 20 minutes like a melon.
Because the amount of sweating you’re doing your body tries to maintain fluid rather than flush it out. Before a fight everyone is pissing regularly though, likely nerves.
