    Reynolds is decent.

Carl Fail has a tough test in Jordan Dujon who won the National Senior Novices. That's the fight to look out for.

    Good debuts from both lads.
Both started on 6rounders which I'm slightly surprised at. I know they had big Am careers and were in wbss but it looks as though they are choosing to move quickly.
I'm not a big fan of fighters moving quickly, no matter how good they were as amateurs they still need seasoning as pros imo. Nevertheless both lads performed well and I look fwd to following their careers.

Fair point made. I’m not a fan of rushing fighters, but I’m also not a fan of them boxing nobodies for 15 fights then stepping up and getting beat because they haven’t progressed. Each fight for an early stage boxer should teach them something else, different styles etc.

Both looking ok. These early stages getting their toes wet in the pro game. I think Reynolds will have to tighten up a bit when competition stiffens. Far too loose in the pocket, will be easy to hit by a competent fighter.

Carl Fail - Plenty of ammo there for all the aspiring comedians on here to have some fun with seeing as how the Bridges-Courtney thread is going a bit quiet.

Quite right. For me, there needs to be steady progression in development.
And for most fighters, they shouldn't be fighting journeyman other than the first few fights but rushing fighters is no good either. I'm a big fan of the Mexican system for bringing fighters through although I do think they start them a bit too young as pros, that's the only issue I have with the way Mexican fighters come through.

I agree, some class Mexicans had early losses such as Marquez, DeMarco and Orlando Salido was 11-7-1 before becoming a two weight champion.
