    Intentional Butt got banned?

    That.is.hilarious

Always found him condescending and high and mighty to people who were new or had a different opinion.

Hey, sweet, it let me reopen the poll and edit its end date to March 27th. You didn't used to be able to do that as non-mod, I don't think.

Povetkin by KO again is my pick. I am pretty sure he will be behind at the time. Not expecting Sasha to go down this time as I believe Whyte will be more cautious. However I see him getting countered by a big right at some point late in the match.

12x3" is a long time when you're in with a talent like Sasha, who probably knows that failure to repeat here draws the curtain on his ambitions for good - and thus will be highly motivated to land something as big as he did last summer.

Sasha will be behind wether he's winning the fight or not. This is a Hearn card.

Hopefully age hasn't further caught up with him after covid.

No idea. Can't wait though, 1 week to go.

Been a big Sasha fan for over a decade so hoping he goes out with one final bang.

    I'll miss him at heavyweight.

Same, and the funny thing is that I used to hate his guts in his early prime (I was a big Eddie Chambers mark and found it heartbreaking that he abandoned his jab at the halfway point and didn't get that signature star-making victory over his fellow unbeaten) but over the years he definitely won me over, particularly in his latter-day incarnation as the grizzled and disgruntled holdover from the K2 era hell bent on finally securing his legacy with a legit world title belt. :deal:

"I don't need to beat Povetkin to beat Wilder"

"Losing is an inevitability in life"

I don't know if people have noticed this but in a bizarre turn of events, life's vicissitudes have made Whyte into a fatalist-pessimist philosopher. I half-expect him to turn up in the corner of a dimly-lit Parisian cafe, cigarette in hand, pondering the absurdity of the universe.

"Every victory will be followed by a more crushing defeat" is not the mentality of a champion.

rooting for a similar outcome as the first fight, but Povetkin is not any younger and his COVID infection may have taken a lot of steam out of him.
