I think Joshua would have to be as good as 1992 Bowe to beat Holy...ha ha.

I don’t think so, AJ is physically superior and all it takes is Holyfield to come in with a bad game plan, which was pretty common.

I'm not sure. I guess for me it's about not believing AJ ever fought anyone anywhere near as good as Holy....or 1992 Bowe. But, all respect to your views. Of course, Holy did tend to try to punch with punchers...too much.

That's a LOT tougher to swallow. Louis punched too hard and was just plain too good. Holy would be history in 10.

Head to head, Wlad and Fury are much bigger nightmares.

I'm wondering if Wlad would be able to keep Holy at that long distance punching range. He certainly had the power to make him stumble and even fall down. I don't think Fury had enough of that power to keep Holy off him. But that's just me.

The only one i think has a chance against Evander is Fury.

    92 Bowe kills Joshua

I think Toney questioned whether Holy would do his too-often-indulged-in habit of trading with heavier punchers. If that was the case against AJ, Holy would probably have major problems. But yeah, I see 92 Bowe demolishing Joshua...I don't see AJ making it 8 rounds. I doubt Fury would do too much better, either.

Wlad beats him, Vitali is 50/50. Beats everyone else.

A single shot, yes. A lengthy combo to the head probably not.

I do not think he would be able to take the left hook without going down

Though I don't put even the Steward-Wlad quite at the level of 1992 Bowe (and yeah folks I know Wlad was great), I'm thinking of the not always true axiom "a good big man always beats a good smaller man". Of course, I consider Holy the greater fighter prime-for-prime....but Wlad was the more powerful puncher. I still pick Holy, but I say an SD.
