Byrd is not Ali lmao Byrd stood right in front of him on the front foot. Ali would be using his superior footwork to move around Klitschko and slip through created angles on the backfoot. Wlad was old i agree but Fury's style would have always given him fits. Wlad in his prime used his height and reach and Fury negated that with his size and feints and his elite level head movement and his quick feet. Wlad was always naturally gunshy after his KO losse. But could Fury beat prime Wlad ? Thats a debate by itself. That very reason is why i think Joshuas combination punching could hurt Fury

 

I agree that Fury is a very big and awkward SOB but Wlad wasn't right mentally for that one. If Fury had taken the rematch we'd have seen if it truly was the case or not.
