There is a strange numb and tingling feeling in my wrist and hand near the pinky finger whenever I throw a jab. It almost feels like its getting shocked very lightly by a taser or smth. Does anyone know whats going on? I cant find anything on google
If it feels like an electric shock I always attributed it to a nerve. If its numbness it could be a blood supply issue. I'm not a doctor so I would go see one and get his opinion. It might be as simple as a sports massage to free it.
Well I did some intense shoulder workouts and now its gone. Quite atrange. I know you were all very concerned about me so I assure you I am now ok. Thank you
Anything harder/faster than a very slow jab i.e. something you would do for a beginner to see and follow would set it off
See a doctor. It’s not likely but anything that involves nerves and tingling could be a sign of something wrong like neurologically or blood-flow wise in a way that could lead to a stroke. Show and tell the doctor what you’re experiencing.
Well I would have gone to a doctor immediately but I have literally just had a minor operation to get a lymph node removed from my other wrist. I hate to be one of those chronic patients but I guess j will go now
A way-too-young (30s) friend of mine just had a minor stroke. He had some numbness issues. It’s not something to mess around with. Better to be a temporarily chronic patient and find out before something bad happens than to brush it off.
