And this is the thing. Canelo is already noted for fading in fights. So let's turn up the dial to 11 and put Rocky freaking Marciano in there with him, a guy much bigger than him noted for his workrate and his p4p punching power. Yeah Canelo may land some counters on him. But Marciano will do what Marciano does, bull his way inside and maul the bejesus out of Canelo who's not going to be able to take his little rest breaks and who is going to have to work at maximum effort round the clock just to stay in the game. Canelo was blowing his gaskets against OLD Golovkin and Jacobs later in the fight. Marciano will make those steam pipes erupt and crumple Saul up like tinfoil at around 6-9 rounds.
I was watching Moore VS Marciano just now. Moore did pretty well for a while. He was a good, sneaky fighter with considerable pop himself. But the moment Marciano hurt him it was over.
