I dont like Ruiz but he doesnt have that much rebuilding.

He will destroy Arreola and then beat Wilder.

    And hes back.

    .....

But yes your point remains... this era is near done.

I feel the same way. I don't really like Ruiz or Wilder, but respect that they have something to offer with their own unique attributes, and if they fight each other or quality opposition and come away with a win they deserve credit for it. It'll be interesting to see where they both go from here.

Worst thing for me would be to have them lingering in the background, not fighting each other, not fighting the handful of this generations top players and not fighting the decent emerging fighters.

Ruiz - Arreola, then Wilder would be ideal tho.

These are a bit overestimated assumptions.
Povetkin really was world top level amateur superstar in both: am KB and amateur boxing.
He was Olympic Champion, World and European Champion and also very good am kickboxer.

His paycheck era had started when Huck, being tickets seller and then established CW WBO World champion assumed that he might beat HW boxer, Olympic champion.

Klit Wlad was amateur world class superstar and had moved amazingly well for his size, was watchable, especially before clincher era, hated by OLD ERA worshipers fans from U.S and disrespected and considered as inferior that Ali.
Klit was better amateur boxer than Ali even in his plain dreams could be and ALI is most overvalued boxer world history ever had.
He beated up in his pro career a lot of pro boxers who are too small for modern CW not alone HW division and had been touted as GOD cos this. If Patterson was in his size then he had beated out of Ali ALL crap and health.
GOD had been born by beating up 190 lbs boxer. LOL.
    Damn.

Because in EE pro boxing was not actual thing before in reality since 2000 ies and countries like U.K and U.S had pro boxing heritage since 1800 ies.
    This is reality.

The most impactful pro boxing promotions are in U.S, U.K and a bit in Germany. This is reality.

    It worked for George Foreman!

I am shocked more fighters don't go that route.

Yeh. I really can't see why not. It got Boytsov an eliminator.

If Dychko has some pro stamina issues it might help with that too.

Almosthave to admire the managerial craftsmanship behind Wilders run of low level opponents.

So many Brits think this but it's not happening.
Parker will box his ears off

Makhmudov's the only one I have any real faith in. The rest look highly underwhelming or flawed. Zhan looks ok as well, but lacking any sort of wow factor. He might plod his way into contention but I doubt he gets anywhere near a title unless it's off some BS mandatory shot.

Hrgovic and Yoka need to step up. These guys should have been fast tracked long ago.

Gassiev? When is that guy even fighting again? He's wasting his prime years.

    A) I am not a Brit.

    B) You could be right. We shall see. For my money, Parker has not been a good fighter in years.

George Foreman is fighter I deeply respect.
Regardless how he is valued and his legacy, he was Olympic Champion and he did thing I definitely did not had done.
He had stepped in the ring with undefeated pro boxer and Olympic Champion in Frazier.
I did not had accepted this even for 1 m and I'm not joking here.
He maybe is not GOD but he stepped in and had won title as an UNDERDOG.
Props for them, they fought in prime and undefeated opponents like some modern CW boxers and from me Foreman and Frazier are boxers I gave a lot of my personal respect.

Not worse than A.J because he had lost fight vs referee and jugdes and after this vs A.J.
In NZ with NZ ref and judges he had been defeated by if forums called " pillow fisted Parker ".
A.J fight vs Parker is big shame for eddie and british boxing officiating in their hometown for a tickets seller not a boxing fight.
Otherwise I do not have anything against A.J resume besides geriatric opponents over the hill, laughable marquee fights.
His resume is in depth far worse than Fury resume and really despite A.J is nice guy and he likes me a lot, this is awful.

Where is Dychko? Why is he so inactive? His career stalled.

Majidov is moving up way too slow, should have twice as many fights by now

These two I waited to go pro ... they finally did but it's dissapointing.

Dychko I think has been doing a lot of sparring partner work, might end up going the Malik Scott route which would be a waste of his amateur credentials at the very least. He could have some kind of stamina issues maybe?

Majidov is taking on Fedosov which is a pretty tough fight IMO even though he's been out for a couple of years.

No-one's going to want to fight Ivan Dychko for a couple of reasons.

The first is he'll probably beat you which is bad for a boxing career. The second reason is b/c you won't get paid much when he does.

If you're going to get your arse kicked, it may as well be by Tony Yoka, Joe Joyce or Philip Hrgovich. At least you know you're going to get paid when they do.
