Would Manny be able to cherry pick for the next 4-5 years?

He is famous big name. His name can generate a lot of $ therefore if he does have a belt, everyone will be happy if he will choose someone form top 10- top 12 for voluntary title defense.

He can generate a lot of money and everyone in boxing business and media is happy that he is not retired from fighting.

Big name = Big $ and Pacman is a very big name.

 

Well he's been cherry picking literally his whole career. What's a few more yrs?

 

Nobody brought up Floyd Mayweather...

 

He can if he drags up fighters one or two weight classes below to welter.

Not gonna be surprised if he does continue fighting since its his sort of marketing strategy cause he's running for the PH presidency.
May the people in the PH have basic common sense to not vote for him.

 

Pacquiao should indeed be picking cherries. Out of a bowl of cherries in crushed ice on the marble verandah where he's retired, overlooking the sea. The dude has done so much in boxing and had such an awesome career that he should lay down the gloves before some no name busts him up. I don't wanna see old man Pac hang around and getting older and older until that happens.

 

Manny Pacquiao has earned the right to end his career in any way he sees fit. If he wants to fight bums and close out his career so be it, but history will show he will still want to be challenged and take dangerous fights.
