How does it go? Seems like a Leonard Hagler type of match to me. Both have awesome intangibles. Crawford can fight both orthodox and southpaw, has a real mean streak, great boxing IQ, can fight aggressively and defensively very well. Great workrate, a complete fighter. Mayweather has genius level defence and boxing IQ, and even greater physical gifts (speed and reflexes). Mayweather is also a tough SOB. I give Prime Floyd a slight edge! I think he'd win about 6.5-7/10

Crawford has a leaky defence, I feel like if you had a weakness, no matter what that weakness was, Mayweather would exploit that
He may have been rusty tbf. It’s all good. It wasn’t a great display by Floyd regardless and I certainly don’t think he could lace them up now and beat a Crawford that’s for sure.

Agreed. Just because Conor isn't a Boxer, doesn't mean he can't pose problems for Floyd. MMA guys are at the best they've probably been, and they know striking. There was no carrying.
Now I think about it Floyd did say Conor was “a tough competitor” and “a helluva fighter”. So maybe he didn’t carry him after all.
I am usually critical of Floyd and I know he has had his fair share of misses.. but this is a Mismatch ,, Floyd would school Crawford .. who the hell is Crawford anyway? oh , the guy who won't get in the ring with Spence or Thurman .. Now we are throwing Crawford in May's League .. LMAO ... and didn't Old Man Pac, who has about 6 to 8 rounds of high workrate boxing left in him , just pretty much answer how good this Thurman, Spence, Crawford group really is ??
I wish we could have seen Mayweather against a fighter with a similar reach to him with lightning fast hands. Judah almost qualifies but he had such a low fight IQ he had no idea how to use his advantages. I'm not saying Bud wins, but I think if you were to build a fighter in a lab to beat Mayweather, that's what he would look like.
