    It's just such a shallow pool at the moment, women's boxing, there's not enough talent at each weight to make all of these belts competitive at a decent level. You're right, neither have done anything to be in a World Title fight and although their limitations combined with efforts made for an entertaining fight it doesn't mean that a World champion should come of it. Marvin Hagler had to wait 49 fights to get a shot, 49, these two barely scrape double figures combined.
