    For sure.

    Andrade title defenses:
    - Akavov (ranked #128)
    - Sulecki (ranked #12)
    - Keeler (ranked #33)
    - Williams (ranked #8)

    Pathetic.

And he's mocking Charlo hahahahaha...Eddie is a hypocrite and delusional.

I gave William’s 4 rounds that was no masterclass by Andrade.

for a guy who’s supposed to be so slick he really isn’t, I’ve boxed and I’m a southpaw and I tell you he makes a lot of basic mistakes spinning out of the pocket not even looking at his opponent but looking at the floor he’s going to get tagged hard one day doing that.

it’s a shame couple years ago I though Andrade could really push on and be class but he’s not stepped up his level of opposition and he’s 33 now, he also didn’t deal with the pressure well by a guy by all accounts hasn’t even shown he’s world level before in Williams.

Very true however I still think he beats Andrade.

    Andrade is the fairies “bogeyman”.

I take your points on board. I’ve been a bit harsh. I think a better way of saying it would be it’ll be hard to get as excited about his career going forwards knowing his limitations.

If the ref had deducted points from Andrade for the incessant holding and allowed Williams to work on the inside which he was doing and having success with, and more importantly trying to do much more, it would've taken a lot more of the wind out of Andrade's sails and Williams' pressure was really getting to him as it was. But he just let him get away with it all night which was hugely advantageous to him and disadvantageous to Williams.

Could score this anywhere from 118-109 to 116-111. Williams was a game opponent - took a few rounds on merit, and undeniably hurt Andrade once. If anything, Andrade was less negative than I thought he would be...and has some nice answers for WIlliams' pressure. Otherwise, it was the usual story for him - greatness only in spurts, never quite putting his man away... It was better than some of his recent performances - but not enough to quiet his many critics.

But, in truth, this was probably the best he could have hoped for - retain his title without worrying De La Hoya that he would be dangerous matchup for Canelo.

We can throw all the names we want at Andrade now at MW and maintain that he won't beat any of them - but I'd say a match with Canelo at 168 lbs is more or less signed, sealed, and delivered. I suspect we've seen the last of BooBoo at 160 lbs - at least until then that fight happens.

Decent fight, more of a scrap.
Was gassed for Williams rooting but the 1st round brought realism in the ring imo.
BooBoo is so elusive its hard to pin him back or land clean, though the constant great movement was getting to the gas tank but his skill set was just superior to the dog and balls of Williams. Clear levels.

So many uppercuts landed yet nothing in the defense changed, brilliant movement all night tho.

On a side note, why did Andrade gloves look so big or was just on my tv ? Also his age and the weight cut might be taking its toll

Gave Williams 3 rounds maybe 4 for bias but dont think it was that wide.

Dunno what folks problem is with BooBoo maybe he just prices himself out, him and BJS back then woulda been a great fight.

Decent boxing every week, fkin luvin ent we lads.

I was surprised just how hurt Andrade was to be honest. He doesn't look like he can hold a clean shot anymore. Either he's completely done at the weight or he's aged...that elusive style doesn't age well.

Even invoking the spirits of my kids Welsh valley heritage could not gain Williams that extra push.

Unlucky but he’s got time to come again.

Williams is almost entirely responsible for the entertainment value. He wanted to fight.
