116-112 Tony Harrison in a fight which should have been scored 116-112 for Perrella at worst. On the same card last night he gave Vitor Mielnicki a draw in an 8 rounder. Mielnicki won two rounds at best. There are more shady cards from him out there. If you actually look at his judging record you can find a lot of split decisions he scored in favor of the guy who lost. Another "great" scorecard: He had Lonnie B vs. Uzcategui a draw without the Knockdown. Lonnie B won that even without the KD. DeLuca should be suspended and banned from scoring. He's either corrupt or just can't judge a boxing fight. There are many, many more shady scorecards on his resume. Judge Max DeLuca is a disgrace. PS: Yeah, i'm salty because i had a huge amount of €€€ on Perrella last night at +475 and received a refund because of the draw. It's disgusting. Should have been a five digit WIN. I'm really salty.
I haven't caught up with this yet, but I definitely will, from what I've seen on here and twitter it sounds like a real shocker.
He also scored the Jermallo vs Korobov fight 116-112. Granted it wasn't as bad as Larry Hazzard Jr's absolutely scandalous 119-108 for Jermallo but it was still bad because Korobov won that fight in the vast majority of observer's eyes. Regarding Hazzard's scorecard. How the **** is someone who scores that fight 119-108 allowed to ever work a fight again? The guy is obviously corrupt as sin and not fit to be a judge.
If Deluca was the only one it wouldnt be so bad but I'd had a hard time picking 3 vegas judges I could rely on to enter honest scoring cards They seem to take it in turns
Hey, i thought i weigh in on this a few years later... today this judge scored the Garcia vs Haney bout 112-112 while garcia was 7-0 in knockdowns and had 1 pt deducted. He might be really corrupt?
