I think he'll be like George Foreman; the power and strength will never disappear and he'll carry on icing guys until he retires.

Injury and some inactivity period plus he now is 36 y.o doesn't looks good.
Pirog wasn't so powerful but he had enough power and was smart and sneaky, skilled boxer with power.
Sadly back injury fu****** up his career. I suspect that he could not get not only licence nor also seriously train after back injury.
We might had saw a lot of good fights with Pirog if there wasn't this f ****** back injury. OK, not God, still very watchable high level boxer. This is bad, injuries might ruin career and these injuries might happen even not in fight.

i suppose you could argue hes the most dominant, but it would be a weak argument. and yes, canelo beats him.

What does this mean? Are we supposed to congratulate Canelo for ducking Beterbiev?

That Kovalev would need a stimulant just to wake up from his alcohol induced coma.

Yes of course I picked Canelo to win. The man is overrated but I have enough respect for his boxing talent to know he'd KO an alcoholic.

Beterbiev doesn't even look that basic. His punches are short, compact, and crisp. He has great timing. Very economical and well balanced. You guys are acting like he's David Lemieux or Joe Smith Jr. Those guys hit freakishly hard too but they don't have anything to match Beterbievs skills.
