It seems to me like there has to be more to this story. I'm a huge PAC fan, could take or leave Crawford, but it doesn't make sense for Crawford to turn down a huge pay day (even if it's a smaller purse because of covid). Did PAC offer Crawford an unreasonable split? Fighters kill to get a fight with PAC. Crawford is deserving of criticism for not fighting top guys in the past, but I think theres something more to this than him just ducking Manny and missing out on a huge payday.
I favor Crawford to beat Pac too, but I knew that fight wasn't going to happen. Bob Arum not going to pay Pac 40 mil. Even if that fight had happened and Pac beat Crawford, Spence will still be the A side cause he's the number 1 welterweight, and would have 3 of the belts after beating Ugas, plus he's P4P #3.
