While Crawford didn't sign, the investors didn't stump up the money so that's what really caused the fight to fall through.

But having said that it doesn't really look good for Crawford that he didn't sign it just gives his critics even more ammo to throw at him and say he was reluctant. Whether that's the truth or not it hurts his image. If he's being portrayed as risk adverse he'll always be the guy blamed when fights fall through regardless if it's his fault or not.

Ofc no. Even old uncle cherry pick looked like insult to boxing.
Also, these are only empty excuses why he did not fought vs Spence Jr.
If he is so good and cool, then best boxer he ever had in his life in the ring was not Mean Machine.
Bob did knew how to gave him this fight and use machine for too sharp step up and ref even didn't had called count for KD he get in this fight.
Cos he is preferable for business more than this machine, poor kid didn't knew that he is not from proper country for a pro boxing.

If he is so good, he had fought with post injury Spence Jr even for 10 or 100 k, not alone 1m or more and had been famous with 3 belts.
Nope. And accusing Spence Jr as duck is narrative of his fans.

Not enough old nor Spence Jr nor old Pacman.
Machine rematch too most likely too risky to pick up?

For Crawford if he is enough good, might be worth to fight vs Spence Jr. and Pacman even for 10 k.
Cos if he had beat them, he will be with 3 belts and very big name on resume. Fans love these names, regardless how old opponent was.
Next negotiations about fight after these fights he might had easily start with xx xxx xxx $ sum for warranted purse.

Crawford is pushing 34 and, in spite of all his skills, never had a career defining fight. He's really the poster boy of his generation (Clenelo put aside but it's easier to take all comers when you have the judges in your pocket). At this point, I even doubt he belongs to the HOF.

Hope this doesn’t happen. Crawford doesn’t deserve it.

Surely he should just take the low end of the split vs Spence and beat him and prove he is the p4p best - then the purses will come!

He seems happy to fight the mandatory bums and collect his contractual amount without trying to prove his greatness. Ultimately it sucks for the fans but it’s just a job for him at the end of the day and although his lack of ambition frustrates me it is what it is. It’s why he will never be a great though.

Who from Crawford's Mom ??? ROFLMAO She looked more like a cold eyed assassin than Crawfish. Crawford struggled against a one legged opponent not to long ago. The guy who's kneecap was shot off

Not in the fight I watched LOL You must be hallucinating again. Benevidez could hardly walk let alone fight. Yet he stayed with Crawford till he eventually ran out of gas. Only then did Crawford come on. He certainly didnt look like the Cold Eyed Assassin in any shape or form. Now his Mother? She does look scary
