Without going into too much detail because frankly you're a bit of a weird kid, I'm a homeowner without a mortgage by my mid thirties WITHOUT inheriting from the bank of mum and dad, I don't have any debts of any kind and I've invested money wisely in terms of pension provisions and decent ISA savings going back a few years.
