Please accept my sincerest apologies, and thanks for the information. Let me correct myself. "Browne is paying you commission to come out with this nonsense. That explains it." I can't believe his manager would say that he "didn't know what planet he was on" when he appeared to be barely tickled and "his punch resistance is gone". That doesn't bode well for his forthcoming discussions regarding his future. The only ethical thing to do, in that case, would be to resign from his role if Browne does decide to go forward, considering that it clearly isn't safe for him to continue. I always liked Browne, but he's completely lost my respect since the Whyte bout. Things have only steadily got worse, when it didn't seem like that was even possible. I always thought he spoke well, too, and have some brains about him, but Gallen completely baffled him every time he opened his mouth at the head to head prior to the bout. All that he seems to care about is the cash. I sincerely wish Browne and manager all the best, but fans are entitled to their opinion and although I can't claim to know anything as fact, my perception leads me, and the majority of others, to be suspicious. I certainly wouldn't fork out a penny to watch Browne going forward.

You’re absolutely entitled to your opinion, but the part I’ve highlighted in bold is the most accurate. Accusing him of taking a dive is fairly low, when you yourself admit you’re not in possession of the facts. But hey, that’s the internet I guess. I was the one who helped him to his stool last Wednesday night. Not only was he concussed, his left ear drum is burst. I’ve literally zero interest in a back and forth, but they’re the facts. For someone who started boxing at 31, he’s accomplished great things. All the best.
How would Gal go against Dave Allen? What about Steve Cunningham? I'm sure Lucas expected to win, but what did Gal do better than he expected? Did Lucas say much?
I’d favour both Allen and Cunningham personally. Full credit to Paul, he got the job done. When he wobbled Lucas he jumped on him. He was classy in the dressing sheds after as well. Lucas just said he couldn’t find his feet which I assume is a result of his ear drum being perforated. Said the flight home was torture.
I couldn't help but feel a bit sorry for Browne as he does come across as a nice guy. It must be a big dent to his ego losing to Gallen as Browne seemed very confident in the lead up to the fight. I know he did get hit in the back of the head a few times and with some forearms but these things happen in a fight. I really thought he was gonna put it on Gallen but it wasn't to be.
Dave Allen is as lazy as they come and Cunningham Is closing in on 50, hasn't beat anyone half decent in years. Why do you pick them? Dave Allen is also mentally ill and retired
I assume we are talking about both of these guys from a few years ago? Aren’t both inactive these days?
Cunningham had his first fight in 4 years. He went the distance with a fat bloke (Frank Mir) who used to be UFC champ about 12 years ago. Mark Hunt nearly decapitated Mir 4 or so years ago. The guy was a fat and faded UFC vet so was expected to be easy pickings for a real boxer. Cunningham boxed his ears off but didn't have the power to stop him moving forward. Only good thing for Cunningham was everytime the fat bloke got close he needed a break so just held on for dear life. Here is the fight This content is protected Dave Allen must be broke because he wants to have a few easy knock over fights to get back in love with boxing. I think he sounds brain damaged and is in for something brutal if the knock over is better than expected. Don't know if many promoters want to deal with him. I think he would easily be declared fit physically but I don't know if it will help his mental wellbeing.
