LOL hearn not as confident as he was before

“I’m getting no help, I’m a one-man army going out to try and make this fight,” he said. “I won’t give in and I know I’m going to do it.

“I could have given up a hundred times on this fight, and it just would have fallen away because there is no-one else pushing it.

“I feel like all the pressure is on me to make this fight and I want that because that’s how I know I will make this fight.”

“I won’t stop until we get it over the line. If it falls through, it won’t be any fault of ours and I don’t think it will.

Anyone, anywhere, who at any time believes ANYTHING Eddie Hearn says to be honest or factual, should be forced to carry a small plant around with them wherever they go to replace the oxygen they waste.

So he's said it's all his responsibility yet he says it won't be his fault if it falls through. Sounds like he's trying to have his cake and eat it.

    Hearn's full of ****.
He knows full well he's "doing all the work" because he said he could DO THE DEAL FOR BIGGER MONEY than Fury's promoters, in this climate.
He took it upon himself to promise a XXX million dollar deal, and it appears to be Saudi Arabia, so get it done, Eddie.

He talks about "I'm doing everything I can to get it over the line" ...... but we've already heard that Fury is happy with the offer, AJ is happy with the offer, they both want the fight next, Fury voiced frustration two months ago and has waited around, it looks like Top Rank have waited around, broadcasters are lined up and agreed how they will co-broadcast it ..... so, what's happening, Eddie ?
The Arabs are either prepared to pay up or they are not .... and apparently they did agree ...... so why all this nonsense still ?

    I don't get it.

He's a pure **** talker plain and simple. The money most likely isn't proven to be all there, he's repeating his dad's Hong Kong failures.

The pressure is on Hearn because Fury-Wilder III was signed, Hearn said Fury could make more money and engage in a bigger fight if he didn't fight Wilder and fought Joshua instead - because Hearn had a half-wit oil guy in his pocket who would pay for the ENTIRE THING in the midst of a global pandemic.

Then Hearn put out false videos saying Wilder hadn't exercised his rematch clause (which he did days after the rematch), and Wilder wasn't talking up the third fight (so he must not want it) ... all while network execs at ESPN and Fox asked Arum to move the fight back to 2021 because we were in the midst of a covid pandemic.

And Arum and Warren said, if you can get more for Fury-Joshua, we'll take it and deal with Wilder and his lawsuits later.

And now the guy who Hearn thought would pay for the whole thing apparently isn't around. But Eddie is looking for him. (LOL)

After a year of bashing Wilder with videos saying Wilder "missed the deadline" ... it would be funny if Eddie missed his deadline.

    Better find him, Eddie.

Team Fury never really wanted this fight and keep putting it out there they are ready to pull out. Hopefully just marketing the fight, but Fury has a history of pulling out of fights and his teams willingness to throw it away now speaks volumes.

I'm still hoping that's not the case but this has dragged on for so long now, it really is looking that way as of today.

Nonsense. They've all been waiting for months now for Hearn to deliver this HUGE offer from abroad he promised, and close the deal. If they wanted to throw it away they would have done it weeks ago.
Hearn's been saying this deal is "near enough done" every week for a couple of months, so it's funny how people want to blame "Team Fury" if it turns out Hearn was bullshitting.

All his “work” on this fight is begging Arabs for money.

I dont really see why Fury, Usyk, Wilder etc. should have to sit around for months on end while Eddie promises hundreds of millions of dollars but delivers absolutely nothing.

If this isn't finalised by the middle of May its time to walk away from the deal (or just fight in Vegas). Its getting ridiculous at this point.

Well he's the one who told Bob he can thrash out the best deal for everyone involved but it seems the realisation he can't do this alone has hit him finally. But typical Hearn he's trying to spin this to make it seem like he's being screwed in the negotiations. Funny how every single fight that Hearn didn't make isn't his side's fault ever according to him.

What history of pulling out of fights? The only one I can think of is him being bored waiting for Wilder 2, calling out Whyte and then reneging on it after he knew he'd get his second Wilder fight.

Looks like the cows have come home from the field. It's over for Eddie Hearn and the bodybuilding champion. Time to relinquish a title or 2, and wait for Deontay to dispose of Fury. Maybe the bomb squad will be merciful.

I think Hearn has done all he can to make the fight.

And Arum and Warren are sitting back doing nothing but complaining.
