Just try to prove me wrong - you cannot. The man ate a clean right or two from Wilder, shrugged it off like nothing. Then proceeded to administer an ass whooping of massive magnitude on him. You just cannot defy that mountain of fighting spirit and flesh bearing down on you. It's like trying to fight a wave on the beach. No matter what you do, it's just going to wash away your sand castle. Let's just be honest here: Joshua has no chance.

No one can absolutely prove or disprove whether the small heavies/big cruisers of the past could beat 6'6+, 240+ lbs athletic skilled superheavyweight monsters (let alone 6'8, 270 lbs) on any kind of consistent basis, which is exactly why nostalgists assert it. Nostalgists are desperate for AJ to beat Fury because it would make the small heavies/big cruisers of the past look better. If 6'6, 240 lbs AJ can beat Fury, maybe (following the same logic) 6'3, 210 lbs Holmes could beat AJ and Fury but if AJ gets destroyed or schooled as the relatively small man, it doesn't speak well for the hypothetical chances of smaller men again. The absurd myth that height, reach and weight don't matter at heavyweight or don't matter past an arbitrary point is responsible for this confused thinking.

Objectively Fury-AJ is a mismatch and I say this as someone who rates AJ as a top 10 all time heavyweight. Those who have sparred with and/or fought both Fury and AJ heavily favour Fury.

They cope with saying "AJ is stonger than Fury, look at he muscles he has". I've seen men with barely no muscle at all lift 140 lbs crates over their heads onto pallets 8 hours a day. OR go look at Olympic lifters/powerlifters. There's a ton of 130 lbs guys who are moving way more weight than Joshua. The heavyweight Mr Olympia guys have more lean muscle mass than Lasha Talakhadze has. Are they stronger than him? Lol, there are all natural gym rats who are stronger than Mr Olympia competitors. Yes, Fury doesn't have bulging biceps and pecs, but I can guarantee you that he is physically stronger than Joshua.

OH god, please don't let the Fury fans become worse than the Wilderettes :ohno It was so nice when AJ got torched by Ruiz, all his fangirls got a reality check and toned it down. Is the same going to have to happen to TF?

One of them copes so hard as to say that 270 lbs Fury is slower than 39 year old Pulev, that Fury is "featherfisted" (despite having a superior KO record against very big men than the vast majority of historical champions, while often boxing on the backfoot) and that 6'5 is the optimal height for a heavyweight (on account of his boxing idol being exactly that tall). They are in for a rude awakening.

Absolute bull****. Glasd chin Artur Szpilka ate way more direct right hands from Wilder than Fury did. He was only knocked out because he ludged straight into a right cross which significantly amplied the power of that singular punch. Fury had to take a step back and roll the shots from Wilder to take the momentum out of them.

Wilder has fought nothing but journeyman except Luis Ortiz and even then Dinosaur Ortiz's best win is Bryant Jennings. And after all that Wilder was saved by the bell in the first fight and got his face boxed off in the second one before landing a hail mary right hand.

A prime Wladimir Klitschko would have performed a quicker demolition job on Deontay Wilder just like he did in sparring and a prime Larry Holmes would have boxed his face off. I am tired of you asshats jerking off Wilder like he was a future all time great.

Lennox Lewis is a better H2H fighter. He has the better resume and was agressive against taller men as well. If Otto Wallin gave Fury trouble with his aggression Lewis would have destroyed him

    Here's an example:

I fear that might be the case. And if Aj wins then they'll blame Fury's inactivity and say Aj didn't beat a prime Fury despite the fact that Fury called Aj out and wanted to fight him next right after he beat Pulev

Can you prove that Fury is unbeatable?

Fury is the best HW ever. No question about that. He will absolutely destroy Joshua.

Joshua would have quit against Wallin. If he tried to fight on, he would have suffered a knockout. I'm not joking here, Wallin would beat prime Muhammad Ali into a bloody mess. People who discount the modern heavyweights have no personal boxing experience. I've seen a huge dude with a body type similar to Arslanbek Makhmudov whoop 70kg olympic champion in sparring. WITH 2 MONTHS OF BOXING TRAINING! Guys prior to 80's had no idea about strength training. They were insanely weak physically. Heck, Wallin is probably physically stronger than Lennox Lewis. Strength training has advanced light years in the last decade.

How do you know that? Have there been any sources or reports for this?
