Froch & Nelson, the gruesome twosome. Would rather take a shower with a plugged in toaster than listen to that dross.

Obviously I'm not watching DAZN, that would be wrong but the DAZN commentators including Halling are much better than Macklin and Smith, I imagine.

I had it 118-110 Bivol. 117-111 and 116-112 were acceptable scorecards too. 115-113 and 115-114 is too close - obviously. And 119-109 or 120-108 is too wide. But we all know how it works. The right man won.

Richards won more than Macklin said and less than the judges said.

Great effort from Richards, should have put his foot down a bit more though. His power didn’t look like it was hurting Richards so he could have probably went for it a bit more.

Richards getting the 'did better than expected' score bias. Happens all the time

Definitely not watching the clown Eubank and Hatton. USELESS fights. And i can't stand Eubank cheering like he just beat a Top 5 level guy after knocking out Morrison. I'm actually more pumped for Taylor/Jonas.

Good fight by Richards. He made the second half close and will be disappointed with himself for being so cautious early on.

Bivol didn't look like a world beater in this one, so let's see in the next if it was a matter that he hadn't fought for a long time, as he said. Richards should be keen on a rematch if possible.

Embarrassing indeed. Richards done well for a career British level fighter, never froze might have even been a career best performance because of competition but he lost wide. I scored it 118-110.

Having second thoughts about my willingness to see Bivol against Beterbiev now, that one might be hard to watch if you’re a Bivol fan.

If Beterbiev goes against Smith next as Arum is planning on, then put Bivol in Vlasov or Zurdo, 2 tall and rangy LHWs like Richards to see how much he can learn from this.

I think Richards felt some of the clean shots that landed early.
