I could maybe... maybe accept a draw last night, but if anyone deserved to win it was Chisora.

I refuse to accept the narrative that Chisora's output was higher but Parker's quality won him the fight. It's not enough just to land some quality shots here and then, you need at least some level of output to match your opponent. Chisora dominated the first half of the fight, and Parker didn't exactly dominate the 2nd.

The output from Parker was in no way enough to earn him a win, and Chisora landed plenty of good shots on Parker .

It's not even as if Chisora's output was the only thing going for him, he landed plenty of quality shots to the body and to Parkers static ****ing head! Parker did not really outshine Chisora!!!!

116-111 Parker? What a ****ing joke, It looks like everyone had a narrative solidified in their mind before the fight that Parker was going to be beaten up but end up outboxing Chisora, and it would be a clear case of a boxer outshining a brawler.

Parker looks completely flat and disinterested, has no defence or head movement, and was just lookING for the ONE big shot all night. I was very disappointed in him, and I expected way more. He looks ****ing terrible to me.

Chisora deserved to win IMO. He was not outboxed most of the fight, and his output was far greater. He may act like a douchebag sometimes, but he has a big heart.

I think you are having a little drama queen queen moment. I love Del Boy, I had him winning by a round and a point and he fought well with a lot of heart as he always does. BUT it was a close fight, a very close fight. Any score from 115-113 Del Boy to 115-113 Parker was a fair score. Too many close rounds that could have been scored either way

I had Chisora winning, he deserved it. Doesn't surprise me he didn't get the nod. He's always getting screwed over by the judges.

I thought Parker won it by a point or two.
I didn't see more than 5 rounds that could really go Chisora's way, so 7-5 to Parker, with the KD for Chisora, that's 114-113 Parker.

Who cares? Both were pathetic, but it is clear that Parker won.

Seems like everyone loves to score shots to arms and elbows. What about the insane amount of punches to the back of Parker's head? Nobody wants to mention that.

Chisora is crap. And so is Paint Dry.

He has bad luck to always be on the wrong end, but the fights are close so it's not like he's being robbed blind.

Chisora wasn't treated badly. He's a fun fighter and a cool guy, i love to see him boxing but
    a) he's gassing hard after a few rounds and not looking great in the second half usually
    b) he's throwing tons of punches to the gloves

If you don't rate Output > Accuracy then i can see why Parker won the fight.

I had it 7-5 Parker. So it should be a Draw with the KD. But i can see an 8-4 Parker as well.

Nevertheless it was a horrendous performance from Parker.

The thing is, though, Parker often when long periods of time without throwing much, and Dereck scored a long of good shots.

I do rate accuracy over output, but the person being more accurate has to have a significant output also.

Parker's work was good at times, but there just wasn't enough from him tonight for him to be considered a winner, especially not 116-111.

Thought both were poor...Chisora was gassed from very early on. Parker looks bang average. Remind me again....are these two fighters supposedly top 15-20 ranked heavyweights??

Anything from a point either way or a draw was fine. The 116-111 was pants imo

This fight imo just proves that Parker is not what he was built up to be, same with Ruiz jr after watching his fight last night, infact his whole career bar the initial AJ fight.

There is a massive drop off from Fury, AJ, Wilder and Usyk, to the rest of the heavyweight top 10.

Hell Wilder is flawed but I’d bet my life savings on him destroying Parker and Ruiz jr.

100% I wish this was a no contest, no one deserved that.. Chisora panting like a dog from the bell and Parker unwilling to take any risks and actually throw punches

Tho like you said people seem to give a lot of credit for punching arms and elbows

It's amazing to me how many people fail to see that Chisora smothers a lot of his own work and that's why he loses a lot of close rounds. Judges don't score blocked punches - and they don't score glancing blows as much as they do clean and precise textbook shots.

I also that it was a poor performance from Parker. It was a lot closer than it should have been. Chisora was there for the taking for the last several rounds at least. I could forgive the weak start if he had gotten him out of there. I'm not sure Lee can rid Parker of that passivity which has hindered his career for far too long.

    Yeah,
one thing he should improve on is his stamina, will get him over the hump in these close fights.

He was huffing & puffing all night in his corner.

I thought Chisora was gonna win and scored it for him but I also bet on Parker knowing how it is and made like 60k vCash.
