In case you haven't noticed Chisora gives virtually everyone he faces serious problems with that size, strength, physicality, power , chin, and relentless aggression pressure style of his and even if you're a huge punching SHW behemoth it's virtually impossible to keep him off of you or deter him from coming forward.

Usyk's power @ heavy is being underrated a little bit, for a few rounds you might be able to plod through his shots but I think thats because he doesn't like to load up early. In the later rounds people won't be as willing just to keep plodding forward imo. Chisora certainly slowed down.
Agreed. However, likewise you can’t take one nights great performance and say that’s his level. Other than the Joshua win, Ruiz has proven to be a pretty good fighter, but nothing more as of yet. I do agree that there are question marks over Usyk at heavyweight, or should I say question: will he be able to handle a big top heavy? We know that he lacks the power, and that’s a big no no in todays heavyweight scene.
This is a mismatch. Parker is orthodox, slower, less agile, less skilled, less rangy and no more hard-hitting than Usyk and was still able to control Ruiz with a jab fairly well. Usyk won a 9-3 type fight against Chisora while Parker went life and death with him. Ruiz would barely land a glove on Usyk.
Usyk would probably outpoint Ruiz, like Parker did. And then all his fan boys will claim that he beats AJ or Fury which ain't gonna happen.
Very astute observation. Does Usyk have one-punch power at heavyweight? Of course not, and no one is suggesting otherwise. The nimble Ukrainian can sting you, however, and as a fight progresses and opponents tire, those punches become more impactful/meaningful. Usyk is simply more talented, irrespective of Ruiz's weight.
Usyk is an absolute joy to watch. He's an incredibly talented and interesting boxer. Ruiz gets a pass where Usyk would be slaughtered.
It would be a competitive fight. What we know about Usyk is his stamina isn’t nearly as good at HW as it was at CW. He’s a guy who has to fight in spurts to avoid gassing. Ruiz for his part was throwing punches in round 12 with the same energy as he did in round 1. Usyk isn’t a puncher either, as shot as Arreola is he’s always had a big right hand and power is the last thing to go.
Andy's body was destroyed with alcohol (and maybe drugs? I don't want to make any accusations) in the same way Fury did. Andy was a self admitted party guy who ate and drank way too much following his big win over AJ. Much in the same way Fury had to work his body back to boxing, so does Andy. Usyk smokes any version of Ruiz however.
