I just realized something. I think I had two Lone Ranger picks on the same day with Straffon and Sanchez. That's got to be a first?
I wanted to go with Sanchez as well but decided to go with Borrego SD because of the promoter. I think Pro Box Promotion has him quite a bit as a flagship fighter in their roster. But good to see Sanchez back in the ring against decent opposition and winning actually. He has some really good skills.
Yeah, Sanchez is very underrated. And I also benefited from watching the Yeleussinov live, he was stopped on a cut, but was holding his own. As far as his loss to Besputin, eh... so what, it's Besputin, Borrego gets ravaged by him as well. I had zero doubt he'd beat Borrego with Heraldez like ease. The only thing that worried me was the scorecards here. Kind of like the utter shock I and the rest of the RBR felt when they almost robbed Sanchez of a dominant win over Cano, with bull**** SD as well. Sounds like he came close again, but thankfully must've done more than enough to et the nod.
