    Now that Lara is WBA regular middleweight Champ and fighting at 160lbs, how would a unification fight vs the current Golovkin go and who would win?

    Golovkin is a rusty old can crusher that would never fight Lara today or 8 years ago. Look at his record and see that he only wants to fight easy marks and get beat up by Canelo so he can throw potato parties at his Soviet spy mansion in Malibu.
    For god sake he is avoiding Charlo who was beat by a fresh off the couch Korobov in a robbery. Triple G gots no guts in his communist born body. He is such a ducker that after Canelo mops up Saunders and sends him back to merry old England to get a CAT scan from a KO that he does Gennady the duty of putting him out of boxing like Smith did Hopkins.

    GGG KO4. Castano and Hurd had no difficulty getting to and landing on Lara repeatedly. GGG cuts the ring off better than both, and hits 3 or 4 times as hard.

    GGG within 6. Even old Golovkin would land on Lara. His jab alone would probably do enough damage.

    Both are past their best, but Lara more so. GGG takes it.

    The fight should have happened 7 years ago when it would have been a good scrap.

    This would probably look like the Monroe fight.
    Then all the people who claimed Golovkin was ducking Lara for years would say that Golovkin dragged Lara up from 154 for an easy win.

    Canelo and Lara called out ggg years ago and never took the fight? GGG only wanted the smaller older Mayweather?? So plz give me a straight answer, why was ggg willing to fight Mayweather at 154 but not Canelo or Lara??

    11 isn't that many, for someone who's supposed to have 20 title defences, it's quite poor TBH. Even still, the criticism isn't that he doesn't fight the best, it's that the ranked fighters were **** on a grand scale.
