RIP to the young woman and my thoughts go out to her friends and family. It's just sickening, It really doesn't look good for him, the evidence is mounting by the hour. But he is innocent until proven guilty, so I won't go in on him yet.
Federal case so the death penalty is a definite possibility here. Reading the reports that emerged over the weekend the case against him seems to be very strong so I guess it depends if the prosecutors press for it. He must have some real evil in his heart to carry out the things he has been charged with. A horrible story.
He got his mistress pregnant and killed the poor girl and the unborn baby upon finding out she's pregnant. Open and shut case.
