I doubt it, we've seen the A-side relent to last minute negotiations in a non-unification in front of ten's of thousands of his home fans in the past but if it's a janitor it's a janitor. BJS clearly wants to win rather than collect a paycheck like most of Canelo's opponents so he won't care, turn the event into a farce.

Saunders seems to always have some excuse/issue/mishap surrounding some of his scheduled fights.

I think he's a great boxer but he leaves too much to be desired as a person in how he carries himself.

 

This could have an effect on the judges. Maybe the judges would have been more willing to give Billy close rounds, but now after this charade maybe they'll give those close rounds to Canelo instead. Anotherwords, all these mind games could easily backfire on Billy.

Your comments are not very clear, but it seems that you are taking issue with my comments on the business side of it. At the end of the day it is a business and yes boxing is competing for viewership with cinema and other things people can watch.

I also said it was BJS opportunity to become the man. He is one of the top rated boxers at 168 so yeah it makes sense to fight. Canelo had to earn his right to become a top earner and BJS will have to do the same if he wants Canelo type of pay days.

 

The judges were going to give every close round to Canelo regardless. Saunders will have to be a clear winner to win on the scorecards. If its close it'll be 118-110 or something like that.

Canelo is a great boxer but he's benefitted from some properly bent scoring in the past.

 

Not only is not going to be easy because Canelo is going to do a job on him and stop him.
