How would Jermell Charlo have fared in any other era?

    Would Charlo have had the same record fighting in previous eras in his division? I feel he`s overrated when you compare him to some former champs in that weight class.

    Charlo would’ve fitted in great with the fab 4 in the 80’s imo mark, sparks Hearns has a trilogy with Hagler and spanks the little mong Duran. Sugar ray refuses to fight him

    I doubt he would be making MW at all with same day weigh ins, besides right at the start of his career.

    Hearns was a far more skilled finisher than Charlo is, no way could Charlo have stopped Duran in two and Hagler is one of the greatest middles of all-time, he wouldd have toyed with Charlo.

    I think he'll be alright. He's athletic, powerful, has all the assets. Just not as skilled as boxer as some of the greats.
