He has precocious skills but I feel that he doesn't all fit together right, something missing but maybe he finds it when he gets older.

He is way more likely to end up like Broner than end up like Floyd

Very low power, getting into street fights, extremely slow progression since 2016 olympics.

It's way too early to say.

When i look at Haney, Ryan Garcia, Tank, Colbert...etc... All i see are good boxers ''lacking'' some tools in their game at this point in their careers. I think Shakur Stevenson falls in the category of needing more world level experience to hone his ring craft then you might see that he is ''elite''.

I saw more talent in ''Pretty Boy'' Floyd over all these guys. I like Tank Davis but he seems a bit lazy in the ring unless he's forced to perform. Ryan Garcia seems very hittable. Colbert looks good but someone who can cut the ring off against him will give him a lot of problems.

Stevenson looks a bit too ''mechanical'' to me to become an ATG. He reminds me of a weaker Mikey Garcia.

I think you have more chance of beating his meat than beating him in a boxing ring. :sisi1

He is suffering from the same plight that is effecting every other known or unknown talent aged 27 or younger, which is:

Not building a deep resume taking on good challenging fights against top 10 opposition on the regular. These guys are coasting and not building up a formidable resume like their peers did before them.

shakur is very talented and looks like the goods, Although i am a little more impressed with Colbert. He is my favorite out of the group. I like his mechanics, tenacity and mind set.

If Loma is considered an atg then yes very achievable for Stevenson

It’s funny when he posts on Twitter and has fans calling him the next big thing saying Valdez and everyone is ducking him. Nobody ducks fighters with less than 20 fights against garbage. Younger fans these days are impressed by hype and talk more than action.
