Not a easy defense for Larry, he'd have to take his lumps. But Larry wins.
    Holmes ko 12.

True and he's got a build like Mike Weaver, so maybe Big Frank can give Larry some trouble on an off night.

This feels about right. You'd have to favour Holmes on pedigree but Bruno was no pushover and I think the first half of the fight would be hot for ol Larry.

Sir Magoo has it. The end would feature Bruno badly lumped up and getting bombarded by Holmes' typical avalanche-of-rights finish. His eyes would be rolling up in his head as the ref stops it.

Yeah Holmes definitely wins at some point and in some way but frank would linger in there and land his fair share of jabs and right crosses. Holmes might even get decked once

I think it would be a tough fight. Holmes wasn’t a come forward puncher who would mail Bruno and even the ones who did had trouble

I think Bruno would end up even WORSE off if he decked Larry; guys who accomplished that most often did lol.

    Either way, a vicious stoppage.

Possibly. Even a prime Holmes struggled with an aged Norton, a 19-8 Mike Weaver, Earnie Shavers, Renaldo snipes, a 15 fight Witherspoon and an inactive Cooney who had been out of the ring for over a year. I don’t see any of the above being completely out of Bruno’s league especially at the specific time and circumstances under which they fought Holmes.

I don't think any of those guys were really out of Larry's league. Witherspoon put on easily a career-best performance against him imo.

All the greats have had experience struggling with guys who weren't their level. It happens. You probably already know that, Sir Magoo.

There's definitely a chance Larry gets dropped. Big Frank rocked Tyson in the first round, he also shook up Lewis, in the third round I believe.
I can definitely see a Bruno right hand blasting through and dropping Larry.
Holmes gets up tho, he had the heart of a lion.
