How would Jermell Charlo have fared in any other era?

    Charlo would beat Duran imo. All he did at the higher weights was beat Barkley and survive against hagler

    I don`t know if surviving Hagler is to be sniffed at, only Ray Leonard and Duran survived the distance v Marvin out of all the fighters that challenged Hagler for his crown, Hagler was on another level to Charlo, there`s no way Charlo could have stopped Duran and he might not have floored Barkley either.

    That wasn’t even a dominant performance by Duran, he was struggling a lot with the size and physical superiority of Barkley, plus he was getting hit a lot. I don’t think he’d beat Charlo, who’s better than Barkley

    Duran ws 38 at the time and was much better Hagler 6 years earler, Charlo has never been in at that level.
