khan gave him zero problems. and khan is faster than everyone above 135. everyone. zero relevance to a bjs fight. its possible i guess, that bjs could trouble canelo, but it wont be because of his speed. i think canelo will prove to be faster. bjs will look tight in comparison.
Ok, so to your question. What movers has given Canelo problems. None, because he has't fought any since Lara, someone, who many feel beat Canelo. So, I say, BJS may give Canelo issues because of his movement.
ok, he may. but youre basing that on lack of contrary evidence, instead of having supporting evidence.
I think this will make a great story for Saunders to tell his grandkids how he faced one of the great boxers of this period but ultimately lost. Nothing is impossible but on paper, I can't see how Canelo loses this. Reckon the body punches by Canelo will turn this fight.
That's why I use the term might. Lara, slick southpaw, gave Canelo issues. that's a fact. BJS is a slick southpaw, fact. Not too far a stretch to think Canelo may be in for a longer night than some might think, that's all I'm saying.
First 3 rounds are close with very low output. All rounds could've gone either way. Round 4 Canelo turns up the heat with telling blows to the body but Saunders takes it in his stride. Round 5, 6 and 7 are close but clear Canelo rounds. This time Canelo is landing heavy body shots when he cuts Saunders off. Again these rounds have very low output. Round 8 the pendulum swings heavily in the favour of Canelo as a slowed down Saunders is baited by a feint in which Canelo lands a flush counter. Saunders survives. Round 9 Canelo is looking to end it but Saunders still has enough to avoid being hit flush. Rounds 10 and 11 are clear Canelo rounds as Saunders is on his bike. Round 12 Canelo is frustrated he can't finish but ultimately done more than enough for the victory. Canelo UD. Half of ESB claim robbery and the other half are happy with the decision however cover their bases by saying a draw would be acceptable. The judges scorecards are ridiculous.
I got BJS winning the first 3-4 rounds, mid rounds are close with Canelo turning the tide, late round are close but clear Canelo rounds. (7-5/8-4) Ultimately I think Canelo's experience and determination will see him succeed. Very possible late Canelo stoppage. Even less likely, but also possible BJS squeeks some mid/late rounds and deserves a decision, but doesn't get it. I consider him a live underdog and Canelo's toughest test since GGG. BJS just hasn't done himself any favors fighting no hopers the last few years.
ok. my pick is canelo, 7th rd. stoppage. left hook does the damage in an exchange and canelo finishes him off.
Neither of them are fighters I respect so I'm not really interested in the fight So Its just May the better man on the night get the win he deserves
i missed it by 1 rd. but if you think you saw the fight better than i did, so be it. QUOTE="bandeedo, post: 20889331, member: 15588"]2 different levels of fighters. canelo makes him quit.[/QUOTE]
