Hard to miss Takayama’s head, it’s huge on such a small body.

I bet he has to step into his t-shirts instead.

    Round 1 Soto 10-9
    Round 2 Soto 10-9
    Round 3 Takayama 10-9

Whie Soto still manage to land several bombs, there were fewer of them, whereas Takayama outworked him by a mile, landed some nice rights up top and worked the body.

Nah, pretty sure he is William Joseph actually - or at least was registered as such once in some ABA competition or another. I forget where, but the first time I made a poll thread (for his bout with Cóceres) with his full name a couple of years ago I researched it and found one primary source naming him as in my title for an amateur appearance. As to whether that source itself was accurate or just some Brits extrapolating the assumed full name when it really does say "Billy Joe" on his birth cert, with Travelers indeed being an uncouth and savage bunch - eh, I'll place my faith in stuffy limey bureaucracies doing due diligence and getting the details right. :sisi1
