I scored the first fight for GGG, the second for Canelo but my opinion means nothing(except to me) in the scheme of things. Canelo will always have a draw and a win over GGG and victories over Lara and Trout, no amount of whining is going to change that. That's reality. People need to man up and move on.
After reading the thread title, I'm not sure who I hate more...Canelo fans or the Super Middleweight division. It's a tough call, and it will keep me up at night. ...Nah I'm kidding. The Super Middleweight division is infinitely worse.
I think I had man up after fight that had been scored for me as UD win on wide cards cos I had retired after this fight. So this one. Yeah, if you had feel this 4 months after this each day, this in real was cool thing for me. The first I had scored for GGG with very wide win. 2 nd: as from my state of mind, I might had scored this as a draw or win for Canelo or GGG. My last fight was under pro K-1 style rules, I had won this on cards by UD decision. This was too much for me and since I did had other thing to do, like business, I had retired after this. Guy was very good for my level. I usually do have to meet him him in person not in internet and I think that lad is good guy as person and nice.
He already had been defeated by GGG in first their fight and get just casual cash cow gift usually awarded for worse boxer in the fight but for better $ bringer in. Canelo till end of his life will be only nothing more than Tickets Seller cherry pick businessman. I respect him but he for me never will be a world champ, just good lad and smart businessman. His belts for me means absolutely nothing and his legacy called stuff for me is 0 worth cherry pickers guy's careeer shitting on Oscar while being nothing special. While I do think that as a person he most likely is really better lad than even his fans might think about him. I think that he is nice guy, just business object to earn with him and his fanbase. Otherwise I think most likely he is normal and nice guy.
he has lost 4 fights twice to GGG and once to Lara and Mayweather., and lets see if he prevents his fifth loss against the likes of Charlo, Benavides or BeterBiev.
I think he'll wait until Bebertiev is getting on 40. And maybe for Bivol to get a bit older as well. Then he'd have a decent chance against both. Given his granite chin , his support with the cards and the fact he is an extremely talented, professional and intelligent fighter makes it a good chance he won't be beaten until he retires. I'd like to see him fight Plant then Eubank Jnr. Destroying the idiot man child (Jnr) would be a great watch.
Quite possibly, I also think it's interesting that when it comes to Canelo, it's all about the official result vs Mayweather, but when they talk about GGG, they ignore the official result and many still consider him undefeted. You can't have it both ways people. If GGG is still undefeated in people's minds, then Canelo is still undefeated in people's minds. Reality is that GGG lost to Canelo and Canelo lost to Mayweather. But both were close fights and are largely misinterpreted by people who have agendas. When you talk about being undefeated, in a fighter's mind a decision loss is different than how fans perceive it. You can't compare a loss like Billy Joe suffered having his face broke and retired embarrassingly on his stoole to GGG losing to Canelo or Canelo losing to Mayweather. These are losses technically but neither are bad losses. You can still consider yourself undefeated when you lose a close decision to an ATG.
