Is Laurence Cole the worst referee ever?

The worst referee imho was the French referee in the Benn Mcclennan fight
He did nothing wrong in the fight but it was his attitude sometme later when he claimed that the corner should have pulled him out of the fight before he called it

This is gonna sound bad but that french ref is the reason that Gerald became brain damaged, he had Benn early and would have taken him out but he inexplicably paused the action. The rest is history.

 

Paris was a borderline cheat for sure, he ended Tszyus career.

 

I too like Reiss.

 

This is true, a real ****ing daddy's boy is/was Lawrence.

 

Fosters stoppages have consistently been the worst I have witnessed. He has wrecked so many promising contests prematurely. That being said Cole in general is much worse.

 

Not to mention the Marquez-Jaca fight, where he blatantly cheated. Virtually told Marquez to quit and that he would make sure he would win the fight on the score cards!

 

That was shocking, I usually like Reiss, forgot he reffed that fight. Kessler was wronged that night.

 

All british ref's are ****, except Victor Laughlin, who I actually think is the worlds best.

 

Arthur Mercante Jr. is pretty ****ing terrible too.

 

Kept getting pushed back once Benn got up, allowing Benn more time to recover. Also, the count outside the ring wasn't right either.

 

Agreed, Benn should have lost.

 

I could be wrong, but I believe Kostya was set to retire anyway. There was talk of bad back problems. But that fight certainly didn't help matters.
