You're trying making some straw man out of a contract I've never mentioned don't you?

    One last time:

It's documented that GGG:s team said he would face anyone at 168 and also that all of a sudden only 164 was acceptable when Ward came calling. That's a matter of record and all we need to know.

ISAL small dick is obsessed with the man that exposed Canelo , ie: dropping belt to avoid him , then when he could wriggle no more & he had to face him drove him to juice up so much he got caught ...twice lol

It's hilarious there was a nutcase here that tried to make the Rubio fight sound relevant in an argument. That nut is proof he was dragged into being a fan through twitter highlights of the farce munching on bums. Because ANY fan would easily remember that Rubio was considered a joke opponent to Pavlik back in 2009. Golovkin fought him half a decade later and is considered one of his best wins to date. :qmeparto:

I think it was the other way around. At the time of the first Canelo/GGG fight Golovkin was my favorite fighter and I predicted that he would stop Canelo but it didn't work out that way. IMO GGG edged the first fight but Canelo performed better than expected.

I like boxing in general and I do appreciate watching talented fighters in action, what I don't like is when talented fighters avoid other talented fighters and then complain that no one wants to fight them.

triple i is concerned only with himself and spouting nonsense that has no relevance to anything. I really like how you broke this down for him and explained your evolution there. It's so important what you said because you dealt with expectations and the fact that Canelo did better than expected. And what happened was everyone got caught up with the Byrd card and started to focus on how wrong she was while failing to pay attention to what Canelo was doing to GGG that caused her to score so many rounds to Canelo in the first place. And most people still to this day forget the basic fact that Canelo did better than expected.

Boxing shouldn't be more about critiquing a judge than understanding what happened in the ring. But you brought it back to what it's supposed to be about, even with GGG as your favorite fighter, even thinking that GGG edged it, that's fine, but making it clear that Canelo did better than expected. Canelo doing better than expected was a big part of it because many of us, like myself, were not surprised at how well Canelo did because we knew how good he was to begin with. He was being hugely underrated for years, and that's why you and many others were so surprised at how well he fought vs GGG in that first match. And looking back, this wasn't even a Prime Canelo yet. You look at how much better he is now than when he fought GGG. But those GGG matches played a major role in his development.

The consensus says that it was a close fight. Many in the consensus say Golovkin deserved the fight, but also many don't know how to properly score a fight, even many so called die hards don't know what the 10 point must scoring system is so how can they even score fights.
