Orbital Bones and the Ingle Gym

    Nothing to do with the Ingle gym. It’s down to their opponents punching, and very bad luck that the punch has landed in the exact spot needed to cause the injury.

    Apparently Yes

    "steroids have a major effects on how the body uses calcium and vitamin D to build bones. steroids can lead to bone loss, osteoporosis and broken bones. When steroid medications are used in high doses, bone loss can happen rapidly"
