Give Canelo his due

I'd heavily favour Smith (before he decided to move up) and BJS (before his injury) to beat.

I'd think Canelo would make easy work out of him.

Since we're in a big Canelo thread, I thought I'd pose the question here: how much longer do you guys think Canelo has before we see a clear and visible decline? He seems to be at his absolute peak now, so I'd expect a handful more prime years even if he never gets better than he is now.

He's had tons of fights and about 16 years in the sport, but he seems to take great care of himself, trains the entire year in some capacity, and is always learning. I'm thinking a few more truly prime years before we see some loss in speed.

 

He tried to take his manhood too Watch the fight again& see Weekes warn Ward once to "Keep em up " in the first round. That shot was no different to the many that landed on Kov's testes. Wonder who told him not to warn Ward for all the others. Kov was complaining Weekes continually ignored him it was blatant. If you think that debacle was on the level you dont know the MOQ rules

 

C.J. my guy consistent as ever downplaying the achievements of Floyd Money May, Dre S.O.G. Ward and El Canelo. Kovalev needed to stop abusing vodka to have a chance with Dre who took his soul. Dre made the Krusher quit.

 

If those 3 cheating divas are you boxing idols then you cannot be a real boxing fan. Kovalev BEAT Ward in fight 1 but corruption robbed him.Kov was fighting 2 men, Err sorry Divas, in the rematch. I think their intention was to castrate him in public. Ward made Golota look like a choirboy.
I have to respect a boxer as a Fighter & as a MAN!! I have absolutely no respect whatsoever for Floyd or SOB Ward. Canelo can fight ,thats obvious, but its a shame he didnt just use his talents instead of selling his soul. Canelo owes as much to Oscar, Bob Bennett, the NSAC & Vegas boxing for his tainted success as he does to his own abilities. Hopefully
they'll drop one day & he'll become a man & fight his own battles

Not in the least If there had been one shred of proof Tony ever did anything illegal I'd be the same with him friend or not. I just cannot stand cheats.
In actual fact the only places that Fighters eve sockets & faces have been smashed are in States that made stacking legal. In fact you could make a good case for having the practice BANNED
