This seems a bit of a joke for me really. Neither of these two look that great. Hunter seemed like the obvious nailed on favourite to be the mandatory, but he's pussed out. I've watched Hrgovic a few times, and he's fought no one of note. Molina and booker are punching bags. Don't see what he's done to earn a title shot. Can't for the life of me see why Hunter isn't taking this. Sure Hrgovic has a threatening style, but he's wide open also. He'd get annihilated by of real quality. Despite Parker's crap performance vs Chisora, I still think he'll get a decision in a terrible, scrappy, ugly fight.
Pillow fist parker will get manhandled and then Hrgovic will set his eyes on glass jaw Joshua, take his belts and fight for Undisputed against the GOAT Tyson Fury
Parker looked dull as dishwater against fa and not much improvement against chisora. hrgovic clear ud
People say Parker looks bad lately, and maybe so .... but Hrgovic really hasn't fought anyone. Remember a few years back Parker was looking like he was going to be a real terror too, then he moved up a level and has struggled to impress.
Unless Parker can manufacture some dog/spite, I take Hrgovic in this - and Parker look a tad more fragile against Chisora. Parker has the tools at his disposal but he is simply too nice to be in a ring.
Molina had been used by a lot of top boxers. His resume is interesting: debut fight: 1st round KO loss vs not well known boxer in 2007th. 2012th: Arreola stops him in 1 st round. 2015th: Wilder beats him 9 rounds to stop him. 2016th: A.J beats him 3 rounds until he managed to KO him. 2017th: Breazele beats him 8 rounds until he had stopped him. 2019 th: Hrgovic beats him 3 rounds until he had stopped him, btw the same time as was needed for A.J to stop him. 2021 th: Wardley beats him 5 rounds until he had stopped him. Éric Molina - Wikipedia BoxRec: Eric Molina Since so notable modern boxers like Widler and A.J had him in the ring, also Arreola, then no reason to think that Hrgovic is one alone who had fought vs him. Parker disappointed me. I had assumed that he will perform vs Chisora better than Usyk did vs Chisora and if in reality: that he might have better chances at HW than Usyk because he is really larger, heavier, younger than Usyk and for sure looked in good shape, not fat etc. Also his exp vs A.J and Whyte, Ruiz Jr looked for me better than Usyk's experience at HW and he is also younger and larger, enough large for modern HW division and not fat. Parker still is young for HW division boxer and maybe he will improve till next fight?
They fought in the amateurs actually. This content is protected IMO I don't see Parker taking this fight, it's more likely he will aim for the winner of Usyk vs Joyce.
Really? Why not just fight Hrgovic and get a title shot? Usyk seems like a much bigger threat, seeing as Usyk was far more dominant over Chisora than him, as he scraped a lucky SD.
The winner of Usyk vs Joyce will likely be upgraded to full time champ so that's why I think Parker will go that route.
