I mean, I get what you are saying.

I just have a feeling Canelo knocking out Roy Jones - a prime Roy Jones remember - is a tall order.

Enhanced Canelo can likely KO all of them if they don't have great chins. He can't be beaten on the cards so you need KD's or a stoppage. So...

Here are the ones who might take the roid blows:

    James Toney -
    Chris Eubank Sr
    Joe Calzaghe
    Carl Froch
    Mikkel Kessler

Here are the ones who can take the roid blows but also have the power to hurt or stop Canelo and therefore who could win.

    Toney
    Froch
    Kessler

As for Ward, he won't hurt Canelo so he'll lose on points, come on. He could even get stopped if Canelo counters him and that's certainly possible. Ward is not faster than BJS.

As for Roy, he might avoid a bomb and take Canelo out, but he might also get chinned, that one might be a battle of who had the better roids.

It's not just a fight between two boxers, but between the pharmaceutical giants feeding them vast quantities of performance enhancing drugs.

It would be a battle for all time, with the winners declaring that their steroid programme is, indeed, the very best there is.

    What a sport, eh...

Froch had a much better chin than Roy did.

Why would Benn beat Canelo if he was off the roids? All they do is help you lift weights with less recovery, do you think his refleses would be slower than Benn`s if he was off the roids? Canelo is more skilled than Benn was and he uses a watertight high guard.

But, would you say Roy far more effective offensively than Froch?

Would he also be more difficult to hit?

Froch seemed to love a proper tear up, relying on his chin to trade in the pocket.

But, could he maintain that for 12 rounds?

    Would Canelo respect his power?

These are questions we can never answer, as, unfortunately, their careers were just a few years out of sync.

Don't underestimate the psychological effects of roids.

Because, they can lift more, for longer, and all the other advantages that come with PEDs, it can change a fighters mentality and they can began to feel invincible.

I'm sure you've heard about roid rage.

That attitude, of being able to walk through anyone - that nothing can stop them, cannot be ignored.

PEDs do more than that. But Benn would beat Roidnelo too
