    Have to disagree there

He came in and did his job

If his boss per say doesn't use his efforts then why should he be to blame

Integrity don't pay the bills I'm afraid

"Integrity don't pay the bills I'm afraid."...in the long run it would plus IMO vital in this game if you want to get ahead in the game...BUT. extremely doubtful that Deas had anything to offer of value or input etc , so in HIS case I agree he was a leach.

Can't really argue with your points , but when a man is willing to make a change & puts in a genuine effort to improve them selves I think people should give them a break & wish them well!

Let's be honest, Jay D did begin the Wilder story, took the young gentleman under his wing that first day in the gym, and they had a lot of success together. But Jay was VERY awkward to have around during Black History Month, especially with the themed ring entrances. He had to go.

How long until Deas confirms what Breland said with regards to Wilder after he got dumped for saving the man's life!?

I don't know about more dangerous than before, but you look at this division and the steep slope downwards in quality away from the top, even a declining Wilder is a valuable addition.

I'm still thinking he's only interested in a couple more fights, but maybe he does stick around longer.

Good decision, but should have been done years ago. Deas is a poor trainer.

And Wilder should have kept Breland.

The winner of that fight doesn't have to do a damn thing. They certainly dont have to defend the WBO belt, and will fight whoever generates the most money.

This. Breland did his job, so it isn’t his fault that Wilder decided not to listen half the time. Also, Deas deserves part of the blame, since he’s the one that actually hired Breland to be Wilder’s head trainer, since he admitted Breland was more qualified than himself to be Wilder’s lead trainer, so Deas should’ve backed Breland’s decision when Breland threw in the towel. Deas got what he deserved for being spineless.
